GeForce GTX 465 managed to get a bit ahead of the GeForce GTX 275 in this game. Performance wise, it’s somewhere between the Radeon 5830 and the Radeon 5850.

Similar with the result from Cysis, in Left 4 Dead, the GTX 465 is a tad batter compared to the GTX 275. Both NVIDIA cards are lagging behind their ATI rivals in this particular game.
