Lenovo Ideapad S10-3t Tablet Netbook, a Two-in-One Portable Computer
Performance Test
Moving on to performance testing, we did not notice anything special from the Lenovo Ideapad S10-3t in Sysmark 2007. The performance even lags behind other netbooks that rely on a similar processor. However, you can still use this netbook-tablet convertible quite comfortably for most general usage scenarios, as long as you don’t push it too far beyond its intended capabilities as an Atom-powered netbook.
Battery Life Test
With such a small-capacity bettery, the Lenovo Ideapad S10-3t still managed to last more than 3 hours. We do suggest its users to bring along the tiny charger at all time. Afterall, 3 hours does not seem like much, especially for highly-mobile users.
Transcode and File Compression Tests
Video encoding scenarios are, unsurprisingly, not the best way to showcase the abilities of this netbook-tablet convertible. Such slow performance is fairly normal for netbook devices. We tested it using these softwares for comparison purposes only.
