Review ZOTAC GTX 460 1GB: Custom Cooler, Plus Some More!
Graphics Card

This is the graphics card itself, ZOTAC GTX 460 1GB.

ZOTAC’s custom HSF looks very much like the reference cooler on the GTX 470, only smaller. With a blower fan on one end, this dual-slot HSF exhausts hot air out of the casing.

Like every other 1 GB GTX 460s, the card draws power from two 6-pin PCIe Connector. ZOTAC recommends at least a 450 watt PSU.

The card’s PCI Express 2.1 x16 connector.

An SLI (Scalable Link Interface) connector on the top side can be used to connect this card to an identical pair for multi-GPU processing.

On the back plate, you will notice another distinct feature that distinguishes the ZOTAC GTX 460 1GB from most other, reference-based GTX 460s: more numerous and varied display connectors. ZOTAC provides two DVI connectors, a full-size HDMI port (a reference-based GTX 460 has a mini-HDMI port instead), and a Display Port connector (not available on reference GTX 460s).

The card’s PCB layout, as seen from the back.
