NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti: Gamer’s Weapon of Choice
The Graphics card

This is our GeForce GTX 560 Ti reference sample. The PCB measures 9 inch long. Due to the similarity of their physical appearance, one can easily mistake the GeForce GTX 560 Ti for a GTX 460.

This is the reference cooler for the GeForce GTX 560 Ti. Seen from the outside, it looks very much like the one used on a reference GeForce GTX 460. There are a few visible differences though, such as the holes on the sides of the cooler’s body on the GeForce GTX 560 Ti. It appears that these holes are meant as ventilations to help with the air flow around the graphics card.

Disassembling the cooler’s plastic body reveals the workings of GeForce GTX 560 Ti’s HSF unit, which consists of a heatsink plate with aluminum fins, three copper heatpipes, and a fan that dissipates the heat.
