The Days of Axis International Jazz Festival 2011

Around an hour later, George took to the stage and opened the night’s concert with In Your Eyes, followed closely with another hits including Love x Love, Greatest Love of All, Rock Ballad, Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You, and more. The legendary musician performed wonderfully. His amazing guitar play mesmerized the audience in that hall. It was clear that everyone really enjoyed the awesome and romantic performance unique to George Benson!

On this last day, Peter Goenta, the founder of Java Jazz Festival, along with the Ministry of Tourism, officially launched the new logo of Indonesian Tourism entitled the “Remarkable Indonesia.” Aside from that, Peter Goenta also gave a special award to New Zealand, the country that has always supported Indonesian tourism.

Hopefully, there would be more foreign tourist coming to Indonesia this year to explore the country’s natural beauty and culture. The Java Jazz Festival 2011 was a good start. Hundreds of foreign visitors were seen all over the JIExpo arena, blending in with other audiences to enjoy the musical performances. Indeed, music will always be able to unite all kinds of people in the world under the same spirit of creativity and appreciation.
