There’s no doubt that data transfer performance is substantially increased with the RevoDrive X2. Even, in terms of writing speed, this “SSD card” is almost twice as fast as its predecessor.

I/O Meter

According to I/O Meter, X2’s random read/ write performance is also better than the original RevoDrive.

Crystal Disk Mark

Same story here. Thanks to its 4x RAID-0 drives, RevoDrive X2 leads the pack by a very significant margin.

PCMark 7

In PCMark 7, RevoDrive X2 is still ahead, but not as impressively as in the previous benchmarks. It particularly excels in the “Application Loading” and “Importing Pictures” scenarios.

Transfer Test

RevoDrive X2 recorded the fastest file transfer time in our storage benchmark so far. With its astounding speed, we were able to copy 6 GB of files to and from the SSD in less than 20 seconds!
