Platform kelas mainstream Intel kembali diregenasi pada pertengahan tahun lalu. Dengan menggabungkan prosesor Core i “Haswell” generasi empat dan motherboard chipset seri 8 dengan soket LGA1150, platform ini siap menjadi incaran pengguna baik pengguna biasa, gamer, maupun overclocker. Hadirnya platform generasi terbaru ini juga menjadi ajang unjuk gigi produsen motherboard untuk memamerkan teknologi terbaru mereka. Sejauh ini kami menjumpai banyak sekali teknologi dan feature terbaru diaplikasikan di motherboard Intel Haswell yang tidak, atau jarang ditemukan pada generasi sebelumnya.

Z87-Deluxe kreasi ASUS ini merupakan salah satu motherboard Intel Haswell dengan setumpuk teknologi dan feature baru di dalamnya. Dalam hirarki produk ASUS, Z87-Deluxe merupakan kasta tertinggi dari lini motherboard Intel Z87 di luar seri ROG dan TUF. Tentu saja kami mengharapkan motherboard ini mampu tampil maksimal dengan segala perlengkapan di dalamnya. ASUS menawarkan Z87-Deluxe dalam 2 varian yaitu varian dengan Thunderbolt dan non-Thunderbolt. Untuk artikel kali ini kami akan membahas varian Z87-Deluxe tanpa feature Thunderbolt dan inilah ulasan lengkapnya.
